Simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located on the backside of the shipping invoices enclosed with your order, place the RMA and all items from the original purchase in a padded envelope or box, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA forms. RMA forms can also be obtained by contacting us. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
